By using the SailGates Limited website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Bookings

Seat and hire bookings are subject to availability. Fares and schedules may change. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a booking reference (SG- for transport, SH- for hire).

3. Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and change policies depend on the service type and timing. Contact support before your departure or hire start time for assistance.

4. Conduct

Passengers must follow crew instructions and applicable laws. We may refuse service for safety or misconduct reasons.

5. Liability

SailGates Limited provides premium road transportation, booking, and coordination services. Operational carriage is delivered under FRSC-compliant standards with comprehensive insurance. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Nigerian law.
